Tracy Guidi has had over 17 years of experience managing buildings and executive suites in the Fort Lauderdale area. While improving tenant satisfaction and profits, she has managed to become a well-known business executive in the South Florida. Guidi's leadership and passion has allowed her to develop new ways to manage multiple companies with unique needs. Working in this industry for many years has given Guidi the experience, knowledge and skill to build an Executive Suite office from start to finish. Guidi's attention to detail and genuine concern for her clients’ needs have made her a desirable property manager in the community. Her current operations include One Broward Executive Offices, Wilton Executive Suites, Victoria Park Centre, and Victoriana Executive Suites.
John Pillitteri
Legal Assistant
John Pillitteri has been a vital asset to One Broward Executive Offices. Having graduated from the University of Central Florida with his B.A. in Political Science and Legal Studies, he brings with him an extensive knowledge of the legal field. Catering to various tenants and businesses, he has been able to adapt to an assortment of tasks specific to each tenant’s business and provide the upmost quality of work. John has knowledge in dictation, desktop publishing, marketing and scheduling. There is virtually nothing he can’t do!

Berinese Williams has been a part of the One Broward family for over 10 years. She provides exceptional customer service and office support for all of the clients at One Broward. Williams handles the scheduling of the executive board rooms as well as provides office assistance for each tenant.
